- Fixed issue with wrong workshop level completed count.
- Wrong level count should also fix an issue with achievements.
- Fixed issue with playing offline, where vote screen would lock up.
- Added an indicator to show when problems encountered while connecting to steam. Will lock out Editor and Workshop screens when this happens.
