We've announced the error situation that can not connect to Gateway server in previous notice.
We've found some of vpn spots has bad network latency to server. If you are using vpn to run Troubleshooter, please try to choose another vpn spot.
Regardless of using vpn, development team is looking for the causes.
We'll do our best.
