Update! Boss Tweak and fix some glitch

- Gal03 charge Attack now weaker and unable to hit player at invincible frame.
- Spring mine deal more damage to GAL02.
- Fix some dialog conversation.
- Fix FATAL Error on Flame Thrower Soldier.
