Update 17 (New game-mode: "King of the hill")

Added a "king of the hill" game mode this week, with a zero-g twist: the "hill" is an area in space that you have to float in. At the moment, the only map supporting this is "Chamber", as I designed it with this game mode in mind, among others. I'll probably find a way to add it to other maps in future too though, although it'll have to work a bit differently, since Chamber is the only map with a no-magnet zone so far. I've got a feeling someone actually suggested this game-mode back when ZGA was in greenlight, but I can't seem to find where, so let me know if that was you!

I've also rearranged the CTS_One map so that the team spawns are near the enemy's goal. This is due to a problem I and several other players noticed, where once a team got the advantage, it was virtually impossible for the other team to get the sphere back to the centre. With the team spawns near the enemy goal, as the enemy team brings the sphere closer to their goal, your team will spawn nearer to them, and get back in the fight quicker. This should produce closer matches. There's a risk that this will produce endless stalemates, but I'm hoping that will be mitigated by the addition of spawn timers. In any case, let me know how it goes if you get a chance to play on CTS_One.

ADDITIONS:
-New game mode: "King of the hill".
-New game mode: "Team king of the hill"

-Respawn timers. Each game mode has a different respawn time. No doubt I'll be tweaking them once I've tested these in-game.

CHANGES:
-Some pretty substantial changes to the CTS_One (the capture-the-sphere map).

-Now that there are game modes with various units for score (i.e. kills, goals, seconds), I've added the unit for the current game mode where the host sets a score limit, so they can make an informed decision.

-Also set a sensible max and min score limit for each game mode, along with a sensible default.

BUGFIXES:
-Fixed a bug whereby if you killed someone with the first shot after another player shot them, the other player would get the point.
I've been aware of some kind of bug for weeks where I would sometimes fail to get a point after clearly killing another player (typically with the rail gun), and sometimes get a point for no obvious reason. I think this was probably the cause, so I'm particularly happy to see this one gone... if it really is gone, you never know...
