I'm suddenly seeing a lot of reports of regular crashing. I imagine this was introduced with one of the last couple of updates, because I don't remember the game crashing regularly before then. Hopefully I'll be able to fix that fairly quickly, if people report the circumstances under which these crashes are occurring. One initial guess is that it might only be happening on the maps "Cityscape", "Temple" and "CTS_One". If you know otherwise, let me know, because I've had very little time for testing lately.
Anyway, really minor update this time, but there are a couple of things that I think were important enough to warrant releasing it anyway. One addition should make the grapple easier to use for new players. Also, I'm hoping the audio should be sorted out now.
Also, don't forget trying to join the server of someone on a different version of the game to you will fail and you'll be sent back to the main menu. You can't tell from the server list of course, but if that happens around an update, that's probably why.
ADDITIONS:
-By default, the grapple will now pull automatically, at maximum force. The old mouse wheel method can be re-enabled from the edit controls menu, or the in-game menu under the "mouse" tab. Thanks to Bandersnatch for this suggestion, which I believe will make the game much easier to understand.
The reason for this change is that in almost all cases, you'd want to set the grapple beam to maximum pull force immediately after launching it anyway. The main use for the "advanced grapple control" option though, is for swinging around objects, where being able to exactly control the grapple beam tension allows you to control the path of your swing. Swinging, I believe, is an under-used and important use for the grapple beam.
Note that the control method for the grapple beam that used the shift button is gone completely, as it was pretty redundant to have to press the shift button every time you launch the grapple when there's never a compelling reason not to. If you were using this method, you could rebind something else to shift now, if you wanted, although probably something else will be officially assigned to shift later.
-Put a couple of health boxes in CTS_One, just because I forgot to before.
BUGFIXES:
-It's been pointed out to me that I completely forgot to enable any volume drop off or spatialisation for any of the weapons. This should be fixed now, but it's difficult to test locally.
-I'm hoping you won't have to restart the game now, before joining another game, if the host crashed or something strange like that.
