PATCH 1.04 VIVE TURNING FIX IN VR

Hello everybody, this patch fixes the turning issue with the Vive in VR. Some were having an issue with turning Left and Right while using VR version on the Vive. Thanks for your patience. More updates coming, but this was needed to fix first. And as usual, THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONTINUED SUPPORT!!!
