At the request of King Captain, one of the Khimera speedrunners, I've added a no-hit medal that will overwrite the no-death medal if you can complete a stage without getting hit!
Honestly that sounds stupid hard so I'm not going to do it but you can if you like!

- Added no-hit medal for clearing stages without taking a hit!
- Does not contribute to 100%!
- Obtained for completing the entire stage from start to finish without taking a hit.
- Replaces no-death medal on map screen.
- Cannot be obtained with berserk mode active.
