Added a menu to open the AutoBackup folder. (File menu)
Added a preference for partial canvas updates during brushing.
(Disabling this causes the entire canvas to update during brush strokes. Performance will decrease, but noise is reduced at UI scales like 150%)

Failure Correction
We have fixed the issue where the image sharing service AlpacaGET was not functioning.
We have accelerated application startup when many brushes are registered.
Fixed an issue where clicking a layer thumbnail to import a selection did not work correctly when the UI scale was not set to 100%.
Fixed an issue where brush display updates were incomplete at UI scales such as 150%.
Fixing the startup failure issue and improving the log.
