Added a setting to the Brush Preferences to not switch to the eraser tool when using the tail switch.
Function Improvement
Improved display update delays when drawing with a stylus and the brush drawing load is high.
Improved ruler scale display.
Failure Correction
Fixed an issue where the eraser tool would not switch when using the stylus tail switch.
Fixed double-click issue in Layer window when UI scale is not 100%.
Fixing the startup failure issue and improving the log.
