Function Addition

• Added UI scaling adjustment to Preferences.

  (100% and 200% are not applicable. Try selecting Ceil to make the UI larger, or Floor to make it smaller.)

Function Improvement

• Improved autosave recovery during editing for formats other than MDZ.

  (now recovers file paths as well)

• You can now reset the Wintab state.

  (via "Reset Wintab" in the Help menu)

• Fixing the startup failure issue and improving the log.

  (if the startup failure persists, please provide StartupLog.txt)
