Small update with a few fixes:
Fixed a bug that made the Options menu inaccessible when returning to the main menu.
Fixed a bug where it was not possible to exit from the final screen via the Options menu.
Fixed a bug where housing did not remove population capacity when destroyed by earthquakes or threats.
