Changes in the game mechanics:
- Interface added: German language, French language, Italian language, Portuguese.
- Players spawn/respawn in different capitals of the World, depending on the data account.
- In the mining settlement of special purpose "Sawmill" in production "Wood chips" added phlogiston.
- Fixed installation error improvers in settlements for special purposes.
