Hi everyone. I hope you are all well. Not as many updates this week but hopefully things will start to pick up pace again after today. So without further adieu here we go.
Added PNS and jps support.
This was suggested to me by someone on the forum and as these are stereo images in both jpg and png format I didn't see a reason not to add them. So you can now select these files for view. The examples I've seen have been sbs stereo and with the left and right eyes flipped.
Forward and backwards (left and right) works when an image is being viewed and there is no menu.
If you are browsing your photos and want to skip through each one you can now easily do this by pushing left and right while playing them. The player will simply skip back and forth between them.
Added scrolling in Explorer with both the Mouse wheel and the right Gamepad stick.
The scrolling with the right gamepad stick was suggested in the forum. I've added the mouse scrolling myself as well as I find this useful also.
Added remembering the mirror settings.
Again suggested and now added. So when you set the monitor to not mirror the output the setting will be the same the next time you start the player.
Added a new menu system for Monitor mirroring. The new menu which is
accessed from the settings menu/buttons and is also mappable from the the xbox controller. The new menu allows you to add a new placeholder and select a different monitor if you want.
This is where a lot of the effort has gone. The desktop addition in the last update was the first step in adding better support for this. Now with the developer updating the Unity asset to allow for displaying different monitors to be viewed in the player I've added a Mirror Monitor menu to allow you to select different monitors for your DesktopMirror placeholders. I've also included a way to create the placeholder. Note that the dialog box for this only allow alphanumerics with no spaces. I intend to change this but currently don't know how.
AVpro Video plugin update.
With each update I make sure I'm running the latest stable releases of Unity and the plugins I use. This time the AVpro plugin has been update. Hopefully filling some bugs along the way.
So thats it for this week.
Peace to all who feel inclined to accept it.
Phil
