We have restarted the servers to apply the fixes for the bugs that follows:
- NPC teleport required level mismatch
- Warp portal required level mismatch
- Make party quest reward dialog mistake
- Confusing item "Box"
- Re-create character bug
- Cleric 3rd hit ignored
