For the Retro Army troops!
Added 'Turbo' mode and 'Master' mode for arcade. Increased movement speed by 10% fixed some rare bugs.
Obviously if there's any game breaking bugs I'll do a quick update but I won't be adding any more content for VG for now anyways.
It was fun guys hope you enjoyed the changes!

-> Inputs and specials have zero lag,
-> Added more detail to backgrounds,
-> Flipped punch and kick buttons,
-> Added throw button,
-> Added knee/elbow moves,
-> Fixed controller specials to rotation moves,
-> Added new training mode,
-> Added new Vs screen,
-> Fixed all minor bugs,
This fixes all the feedback and issues players have left on the forums.
I'll be updating STA1 next!
