Thanks to all of you for the amazing support you’ve shown Overcooked since launch! It’s been awesome hearing so many of the community stories.
We’ve been looking through the community forums to gather feedback, and we’ve integrated some of that feedback into today’s update. One of the top requested features was for more than one player to be able to use a keyboard, and we’re now happy to confirm that it’s possible. That means with just 1 keyboard and 1 controller you can get a 4 player session going!
Here’s a full list of the changes in today’s update:
New Features!
· Added functionality for 2 players to play using 1 keyboard.
· Added main menu support for splitting keyboards.
· Added Steam Trading Cards
· Added Steam Badges
· Added Steam Profile Backgrounds
· Added Steam Emoticons
· The credits screen is now selectable in the main menu.
Fixes
· Increased the deadzone on controllers to fix a controller input issue. Characters should no longer move without input.
· Fixed an issue where it was not possible to enter Windowed mode when using a Steam controller.
