Modes: Invasion, Offensive, Liberation, Frontline
+25% Cooperative Commando difficulty playlist
Modes: Stronghold, Entrenchment, Raid
+25% Cooperative playlist
Modes: Stronghold, Entrenchment, Raid
+10% Rhineland map on any playlist.
