v0.2.0.4 - Bigger holo sphere & center platform, etc

Here's what's new in 0.2.0.4:

• Center platform is now much bigger, as is the holo sphere.
• You can now teleport around on the center platform.
• Center platform elevator no longer moves up and down.
• Fixed a bug where you couldn't inspect an item you were inspecting before you teleported.
• Fixed a bug where you could teleport to the unfinished upper deck of the mission ship if you targeted one of the panels in the shooting range.
• A little bit of a performance boost when looking at the holo sphere.
