With Quixel Megascans going free for all users of Unreal Engine, we decided to take this opportunity to upgrade Project Haven's textures and rethink the process of world building.
We have been testing out Unreal Engine's new Screen Space Global Illumination (SSGI). Since our game is played mostly in a top down view, and we plan on having some procedural levels, it works great in those cases where maps can't have static lighting.

Project Haven Featured in CD-Action Magazine
We're really proud to announce that Project Haven was featured in the biggest Polish Gaming Magazine. It was completely unexpected, so we were very happy when we learned about it.
