Update 1: EU region can now pre-migrate!

We are already aware of the issue that the EU region can't migrate their account. Please be informed that the devs are investigating the issue.

We have fixed the issue regarding the EU region migration. You can now migrate your accounts!
Below links are the steps on how to migrate your accounts:

Also, if you happen to experience any error message on accessing the website, just refresh your browser and everything will be fine.
And for those accounts that has NA and EU characters that are done with the migration yesterday, worry not, your EU game data will be also transferred once you are done with the migration yesterday.
