Hi top-down race fans!
Another quick update. Don't get too used to it ;) This update focuses on improved camera work which could have a big impact on the feel of a race. The update is now available in both the public and the beta channel.
New!
- Camera-work at the beginning of a race has been updated to give a good overview of the closest surroundings before the race starts.
- Camera distance option was changed to specify how the zoom level is affected by the cars speed rather than having a fixed roof.
- Camera now zooms higher on the Far setting than was possible with any setting before so players can see more ahead of the track. (Thanks carn1x)
Fixed issues
- Potential fix for a rare crash occurring if Steam upload failed. (Thanks carn1x for sending in logs)
- Fixed crash if going back and forth between screens showing leaderboards (select track and time trial).
