This is a small followup patch to fix some issues, that we noticed after yesterdays patch!
Please continue giving us feedback and suggestions, so that we can continue improving Line of Sight!

Changes
- Added an Europe South Server to further spread the server load
- Quickmatch will now ask you, if a room with your settings should be created, if none can be found
- Limited maximum party members for Individual Matches to 3. For bigger parties, please try to play Clan Matchmaking
- Lowered Matchmaking Access Level to 10
- Added Black Syndicate to the ESL S&D Mode
Bugfixes
- Fixed an rare issue, that caused 6v5 matches to occur in Ranked Individual Matchmaking
- Quick Match now searches for matches, that progressed less
- Lowered wooden construction in the ruins on Savanna Flu to prevent it giving players view over the middle section
- Fixed an issue, that allowed 1 player parties to search matches
- Gave some cookies to the "Select All" Button in the Quickmatch Window, so that it finally would do his job for everybody.
