Changes: Starter Mastery Preset for new users.
All new users will get a default "Starter Combat Mastery" preset. We decided to give the preset to reduce the balance gap between new users and existing users. You will, of course, can edit when it unlocks but until then it's there to help the new users.

New chatting commands to mute annoying users. You can type "/mute , "/unmute ", "/unmuteall" to mute and unmute users at the chat input. Please type help command "/?" for other chat commands.
