After two awesome weekends of PvP madness, Survios is stoked to announce that this weekend's Raw Data: Hostile Takeover PvP Beta is open to all SyndiK8 operatives!
Dates and times mentioned in this email are subject to change at any moment.
The beta build is ready to be downloaded. Although you won't be able to play just yet, you can have it preloaded so you can jump in as soon as the servers are live!
Speaking of the servers: the beta test servers will go live Friday, July 7, at 12pm PT! The test will then run through Saturday, July 8, 9pm PT. Here are important times to remember (all times are PT):
- Friday servers go live: 12pm
- Friday Play with the Devs: 3-5pm
- Friday Happy Hours: 12pm, 3pm, 6pm
- Saturday Happy Hours: 12pm, 3pm, 6pm
- Saturday server shutdown: 9pm
STEAM INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Follow the instructions below to preload the beta build on Steam.* You can download the build but will not be able to play until the servers go live on Friday at 12pm PT.
- In your Steam Library, right click Raw Data and select PROPERTIES.
- Click the BETAS tab at the top of the menu.
- Click the dropdown, select "pvp_beta -" from the list, and click CLOSE.
- Close Steam and restart to ensure that the build is updated before launching. You should see "Raw Data [pvp_beta -]" display.
- Launch Raw Data and have fun!
- IMPORTANT: After you have finished participating in the beta, make sure to return to the Betas tab in Properties and select "NONE - opt out of all beta programs" so that you continue to receive updates for Raw Data.

Please note that this is an unfinished build, so bugs and crashes are to be expected, reported, and recorded. If you have any questions, please directly email us at [email protected].
All singleplayer and co-op content, including Profile Saves, have been disabled while playing with the Beta build to ensure that your save data does not become corrupted when switching back to the live Raw Data build. Your progress will not be saved between sessions.
