Hey everyone,
We are aware of the issues everyone is having downloading Raw Data Update 0.7. Even though we pushed the build live yesterday late afternoon, there's a known issue with Steam that is preventing builds from being pushed out. This is affecting all game updates across Steam. Valve is currently investigating this problem.
We hope to have this issue resolved ASAP! Thank you all again for being so patient!
