We've just published an additional hotfix for today's update. You'll see a small download tonight that includes the following:
- Reduced the number of ATV spawns from 208 to 160 per match to help improve game performance
- UI no longer gets stuck when auto-transitioning to Team Spectate with the new Player Report window up
