Greetings pilots! Today's a big one, so let's get to it shall we?
First off, We've updated the game to version 0.24. Patch notes follow,
- Version 1 of the OIS or the "Opponent Identification System" is now in place. This system is work in progress, and future updates will improve upon this first version. The OIS now changes the distance at which the "marker" above a Helicopter is detected by the player based on distance and altitude. Enemies are always ID'ed at 250 Meters. Maximum ID distance is now 750 meters.
- Ballistic trajectory version 1 added to unguided rockets. Visual effects changed slightly. Missile flight dynamics will continue to be updated in the future.
- Acceleration with nose up, and Decceleration with nose down pitch increased for all helicopters.
- All helicopters are now slightly faster in forward flight
- All helicopters now respond to "collective" lowering faster, this translates to faster decent speeds for all Helicopters.
- Markers above the friendly boats are back.
- Boats on Tonkin were weakened (accuracy and lethality of weapons)
- Improvement of lag compensation ( we will continue to work on this)
- Bug with unkillable AA guns fixed, as well as bug with uncapturing points (when it was marked as captured by the enemy, although there was no any ground troops) fixed.
- UI bugs fixed: no choosing server buttons in 4:3 aspect ration, freezing screen after disconnection from server or attempt to enter a full room.
- Helicopters crashed nearby the initial bases disappear faster
- Entering match in Camera mode temporarily removed
*NOTE* You will need to close the game and apply the update. The next update will be a normal server restart with a server wide message.

Moving on, the first week has gone well! Heliborne has reached over 5,000 copies sold! We can't thank you all enough for your feedback and support. We couldn't do this without you.
Additionally,
