Hello Everyone,
We have recently received some reports about the two new packages we added recently - Special Character & Absolute Black Package.
We've been looking into the DLCs with developers and found out that you need to 'uncheck' the DLC check boxes to receive the packages in-game. (Please see below)
It doesn't matter when you purchased the packages. You will get what you've purchased when entering a channel in-game once you uncheck the check boxes.
