Aseprite v1.1.11 and v1.2-beta5

Important fixes for a couple of regressions introduced in Aseprite v1.1.10:

• Fixed layout problems with UI Scaling > 100%
• macOS: Fixed crash using Japanese (and other) keyboard layouts
