Santa brings along some new toys as the Pumas are now available in Automobilista v1.5.15!

- Goiania: Fixed VX ID error in External layout
- TC Classics: Adjusted engine inertia
- F-Classic: Adjusted AI fuel consumption & threshold for tire pitstops
IMPORTANT: Hotfixed now to V1.5.16, hopefully fixes the reported CTD issues with the Puma on v1.5.15.
