Dear friends, we prepared an unusual contest in board game format for you.
- Your common goal is to lead the ship together from start to finish.
- The individual task is to gain as many points as possible during the contest.
You can read a complete ruleset below.
In simple terms now you just need to write "+" in the comments section. This way you will roll the dice and when the round ends, the random number generator will provide a number for you.
You will then move the ship to a cell of a certain type to earn points. At the end of the contest, three players with the highest number of points will receive valuable prizes:

1 place — any 7-star card (a tower, spell or Hero) of your choice* + 3 days of Premium;

2 place — any 6-star card (a tower, spell or Hero) of your choice* + 2 days of Premium;

3 place — any 5-star card (a tower, spell or Hero) of your choice* + 1 day of Premium.
* Except for the cards available only during special events. The level of the card matches the player's level.
In addition, every week we will give away a bonus prize! Just take part in one round and get a chance to win a nice prize — 12 hours of Premium!
If you have any questions about the rules, feel free to leave them in the comments below — we'll be happy to answer them. Good luck everyone!
The first round ends at 2 p.m. GMT October 7. Best of luck!

- Common goal: lead the ship from start to finish.
- Individual goal: earn as many points as possible.
Updated rules
Defenders! Your brave team entered the mystic portal, but it seems like it only brought the ship back to the starting point. What is more, it threw you into an alternative, twilight realm! In order to get back home, you need to get back to the portal! It is so dark around you that after a conversation with the other crew members you decided to move a bit slower. Now your maximum speed is 4 instead of 5. Safety first, lads and lasses! What is more, in the alternative reality, the points you gain are counted differently. The new formula works this way: P = 0.5*N*E, whereFor example, you scored 1 and earned 1 point, in total, you will get 0.5 points. If you scored 4 and earned 2 points, you will get 4 points, and etc.
- P — the final points score;
- N — the number you scored for throwing the dice (from 1 to 4);
- E — earned points (from 0 to 2, they are counted in the same way as in the basic rules).

Board Defenders is a sort of a board game with all players working together to move the ship from start to finish. To roll the dice, you just need to write "+" in the comments section of the contest announcement (1 comment from 1 participant per round). When the round ends, the random number generator will determine how far (from 1 to 5 cells) a player moved the ship.
IMPORTANT NOTE: we take into account the succession of the comments. Those who write "+" early will roll the dice and move earlier too. The next player moves from the cell where the previous player landed.
Each following round will provide a quick recap of the previous round — for you to see clearly the contribution of each participant. The round starts at 2 p.m. on Friday and ends at 2 p.m. on Monday GMT.

The Board Defenders map is a Defenders 2 map in a board game style. It has a path the ship needs to travel and cells of various types.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The mechanics below might seem difficult at first. Don't worry about it: we will calculate everything for you and at the end of each round will let you know which number (from 1 to 5) you rolled, which cell you got, and how many points earned :)
By rolling the dice a player moves the ship to one of six cells:
- Chest — the player is guaranteed to receive 1 point.
- Assault — the player receives 1 point if the number rolled is higher than or equal to the previous player's number. If there is no previous player, the next player's number is taken.
- Hunt — the player receives 1 point if the number rolled is lower than or equal to the previous player's number. If there is no previous player, the next player's number is taken.
- Raid — the player receives 1 point if the number rolled is not equal to the previous player's and next player's number. If there is no previous or next player, only one number is considered — that of the previous or the next player.
- PvP Mine — a player steals 1 point from the previous and/or next player if the number rolled is higher than the previous player's and/or the next player's number. For example, Player 1 rolled "1", Player 2 rolled "3" and hit PvP Mine, Player 3 rolled "5". In this case, Player 2 steals 1 point from Player 1 but no points from Player 3. Player 1 loses 1 point if they scored more than 0! If Player 1 has 0 points in the round, they won't lose anything, and Player 2 won't earn 1 point.
- League Mine — works just like PvP Mine but to steal a point the player needs to roll a number lower than the previous player's and/or next player's number.

Three players with the highest number of points will receive valuable prizes:

1 place — any 7-star card (a tower, spell or Hero) of your choice* + 3 days of Premium;

2 place — any 6-star card (a tower, spell or Hero) of your choice* + 2 days of Premium;

3 place — any 5-star card (a tower, spell or Hero) of your choice* + 1 day of Premium.
* Except for the cards available only during special events. The level of the card matches the player's level.
Additionally, every week we will run a giveaway for a bonus prize among all the participants of the round (those who wrote "+" in the comments) — 12 hours of Premium. Please note that one player can receive multiple bonus prizes during the contest.
The number of rounds and the date we sum up the results depend on how fast the players manage to move the ship from start to finish.
