Fragments of Him Patch Notes v1.19

Gameplay

- Added additional colliders to prevent clipping.
- Added fail-safes where the player could stand on top of characters.
- Outlines now fade out after an interaction.
- Modified some outlines to be more noticeable.
- Added additional alternative controls (arrow keys & right shift)
- Removed debug features such as the bug reporter. Please send bugs to [email protected].

Interface

- Added option to rebind primary movement keys.
- Added 'Best' quality setting.
- Preset Quality should now say 'Custom' when changing a preset.
- Renamed 'Level Select' to 'Scene Select'.
- Fixed an issue where the reticule was not responding to input on PC.

Technical

- Fixed issue with jerky camera motion on some interactions.
- All alternative dialogues should now be possible to play.
- Fixed dialogue links occasionally preventing progress.
- Optimized some scenes that had a lot of objects on screen at once.
- Improved performance due to amount of simultaneous filler characters on screen.
- Fixed issue where you could look around 360° in certain scenes after going into the menu and back.
- Fixed issue where post processing changes in the menu would not be reflected properly while in the main menu.
- Fixed issue where sometimes the reticule would not fade out at the end of a scene.

Art

- Updated the 'Level Select' thumbnails.
- Fixed several skinning issues on Sarah.
- Fixed an issue with hair not being two-sided.
- Fixed minor gaps on filler characters.
- Added additional pictures in the pub scene.
- Tweaked post-effects for more performance.
- Improved and optimised lightmap atlassing.
- Fixed super bright/dark pixels in directional lightmaps.
- Balanced foliage for improved performance.
- Added additional particle effects.
- Fixed minor smoothing issues.
- Fixed minor floating object issues.
- Fixed minor mesh clipping issues.

Audio

- Ambient sound was not playing in the pub.
- Reduced echoing effect where it was too heavy.
