Patch Notes:
-Fixed Upgraded blacksmith and will now be interactable.
-Upgraded Market now avaible for construction to new players, will add ability for players who are starting old saves to have upgraded market construction avaible in next update.
-Red Shield Contractor now working correctly and will show all available contracts for purchase.
-Modified all shop inventory to correctly show all available inventory and stock of items.
