Hotfix 0.1.1b

With the patch that was introduced yesterday, a minor issue entered the build - the wrong Building bonuses for the Academy and Bank have been fixed.

Additionally, the "Auto Loot Gold" Function in the Controls menu was removed, as it does not work.
