- Modern skyscraper lobbies. You can add 2-story and 3-story lobbies to your building, by placing them on top of finished empty floor (and you can use the bulldozer to delete them).
- Large-scale decorations that fit large skyscraper lobbies.
- Several new wallpapers for regular-sized floors that match lobby visuals.
