I’m happy to announce that the demo for Kafka at the Station is now available.
In this demo release, you can play Chapter 1.
If you’re interested, I’d love for you to give it a try.
Estimated playtime is around 20 minutes.
If you play quickly, you might be able to finish it in about 10 minutes.

Kafka at the Station is currently planned for release in winter 2026.
Until then, I’ll keep developing the game, and I’m planning to showcase new chapters at Tokyo GameDungeon, an event held roughly every three months.
After each event, I also plan to add the new chapter to the demo.
Next, I’ll be showing Chapter 2 at Tokyo Game Dungeon 11, held on Sun, Feb 8.
If you’re thinking, “I want to play the next chapter as soon as possible…,” you’ll be able to try it early by visiting my booth on the day.
So if you can make it, please come by ☆
I’ll share more details about the event in a later announcement.
At the moment, the demo is available in Japanese only.
However, I plan to add support for English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese in the future—please stay tuned !!
