Floor 'Minus 191' has been home to the source of power surges and blackouts amongst the surrounding twenty-five floors. We will provide photo-evidence of such, but please note any other photo taken with our automated "Solaroid" cameras provided by Department Of Interior Solutions have rendered corrupt.
