v1.8.8.4 Hotfix

Changes and Fixes:
- Hopefully fixed some bugs with the rendering of stuff getting offset
- Fixed a bug where pressing the Esc key (or the Back button on a 360 controller) during the save game confirmation pop-up would break the main menu
