v1.7.0.4 Hotfix

Just a quick fix for a couple bugs:
- Fixed a bug with shovels not bringing up the option to fill in water tiles
- Reverted a previous change of making equipped weapons/armor not display in the inventory and instead now show a "[E]" next to them
