Changes and Fixes:
- Fixed some bugs with using gems in the advanced weapon/armor crafting
- Added Saplings resource (20% chance of receiving a sapling when cutting down a tree)
- Added Tree decoration (uses 1 Sapling) that functions as a normal Tree when placed
