Tighter camera controls overall, damping has been completely removed.
New camera functionality, following comments that controls were flat:
W,A,S,D - Move Camera
Q, E - Rotate Camera Left/Right
R, F - Rotate Camera Up/Down
Scroll Wheel - Raise Camera Up/Down
