The world keeps growing
Two more biomes have opened up, on top of the acid pools added a couple of weeks ago. The deeper you push, the stranger things get.
Sharper weapons, nastier company
Superior weapons are now a thing you can find out there, and you will need to defeat the new enemies that joined the roster in the Quarantined Depths.
There are places you haven't seen yet
You may find secret rooms scattered around, these are not necessary for progress, but may contain nice treasure... or a nasty surprise.
Careful who you trust
Blood pacts are more extreme now, if you choose to accept them.
Small things that add up
Status effects got proper icons, new memories show a "!" indicator until you read them, world NPCs do the same, multi-turn heavy weapon kills no longer leave a stuck waiting icon, cooking in environmental fire works again, traps grey out when disabled, blood pact UI fits 3 pacts properly, boss and safe room spawn pacing got tuned, drop rates for better item tiers got nudged up, three new food items, general balancing pass, ... a bunch of quality of life improvements here and there.
