BIG update! Version 1.43.

Big update brings:

1. Graphics and input libraries changed. Moved from OpenTK to SDL2.
2. Proper 4K and retina displays support!
3. Better windowed mode behaviour.
4. Better gamepads support.
5. Screen Effects in Options. Now you can play it with true arcade CRT look.
6. Tournament transition screens music and sfx tweaks to sound better.
7. Proper game icon display on Mac and Linux.
