Hello Everyone!
Welcome to this week’s Engine Room Dev Update, where we’ll be taking you through our 0.2.6 Patch, which introduces the train’s horn to the game, both as something the driver can use, but also as an automatic warning when the train’s battery starts to get too low! Alongside that, we’ve rebalanced our storage once more, ensuring that larger storage solutions are at least as efficient as building the smaller ones.
We’d also like to talk a little about our plans for the near future - there’s more detail on everything we’re about to cover on our Trello, which you can find here: https://trello.com/b/0MIQ3LJ6/everrail-development-roadmap
Alongside the weekly bug fixes, in the coming patches we plan on introducing an FOV slider, items which will automatically feed your character when using the glider and driving the train, introducing proper ADS iron sight aiming, the ability to rename wagons and a rework of both the Conductor and Exosuit toolbelts, to name just a few of the upcoming improvements. We’re also hard at work on our first major content update, which will introduce a proper endgame to EverRail, something we’ll be telling you more about as we get closer to the release.
Now, without any further ado, here’s this weeks Patch Notes:
