Death Pong Devlog - New mechanics, rooms, and much more 🔥
Hey everyone!
It’s been a while since our last update, so it’s time to show what we’ve been working on lately 👀
Over the past few weeks, we’ve been focusing mainly on developing the game and polishing the gameplay - and honestly? A lot has changed. We’ve taken your feedback into account.
🩸 3 bosses ready
We’ve completed work on three bosses!
Each of them has a unique mechanic designed to diversify the gameplay and make it more engaging.
🏆 New cup patterns
We’ve also added new cup layouts on the table, so players won’t feel like every round is the same.
A small detail, but it greatly improves the sense of progression.
🔫 Shot rework
The shooting system has undergone a solid rework.
We improved responsiveness, balance, and overall gameplay flow, making matches smoother and more dynamic.
This is one of those changes you can really feel while playing.
🎰 Skin unlock mechanic coming soon
We’re currently working on a skin unlock/loot mechanic that will allow players to earn cosmetic items in a more satisfying way.
It’s still in development, but we’re already super excited about it.
🚽 New room: Bathroom
Yes.
We added a bathroom room.
🎮 See you at Game Access!
We’ll also be showing Death Pong at Game Access, so if you’re there - come play, say hi, and chat with us in person!
More info soon.
Thanks for sticking with us and supporting Death Pong and stay tuned for our new trailer at Six One Indie show ❤️
