Hello everyone,
We have been receiving a lot of reports of players experiencing high ping and connection issues when playing on our Thailand_01 server which has been affecting gameplay experience. We want to provide the smoothest experience for our Players.
Sadly we have came to the decision to close our Thailand_01 server.
Thailand_01 will be closed at 6:00PM BST time today 19th July 2017.
We would like to thank everyone who has been playing on our Thailand_01 server, we really appreciate your support.
All is not lost! We are going to back up all of the save game files that are on Thailand_01. When we open a new server we can restore these saves onto the new server.
We are maybe looking at as early as tomorrow for a new server. This server will be located in the capital of Thailand, Bangkok.
