Hey guys and girls!
The unfortunate certificate issue has been fixed and a small update is available now. If your game hasn't updated automatically, please go ahead and restart Steam and enjoy Serious Sam HD: The First Encounter once more.
The fix is permanent so this issue should never come up again. :)
