Hello everyone.
As promised, this time you’re getting a look at the 120 km² world — from above. A little bird’s‑eye gift so you can finally see how big, how colorful, and how wild Camino County has become.
And to keep things fair, I chose a render texture straight from the editor. No Photoshop, no AI brush magic, nothing polished. For Steam, only the resolution was reduced so the file wouldn’t explode. What you see is the world in its current state. Here and there things will still be improved or changed.
You can recognize the different biomes. Those of you who’ve been reading along know: there are five. And yes, the fifth one doesn’t show up on the map because it is… well… special. Roads, rails, paths — some are clearly visible, others still hiding. You can also spot a few villages, towns, and POIs, but far from all of them. At release you can expect over 200 villages, towns, and other POIs, plus various caves, dungeons, hidden places, and of course the cave and subway system.

And for the future of the world? I’m already thinking beyond the edge of the map. On paper and in my head, the world is already larger, wider, and enriched with another biome.
This map is meant to give you just a small glimpse of how the world is roughly structured. Your ingame map, which you open through the UI, will be more classic and simpler, but at the same time more detailed. It will also track important things for you — for example vehicles you abandoned in the heat of battle or because you ran out of fuel.
That’s it for today. A small look from above, a bit of world feeling, a bit of anticipation. Stay curious, stay relaxed, and don’t get lost.
