The Galactic Council (/Order of Ion) Module is a future module coming to The Orion Project that begins to involve the community in new and incredible ways. We're very big on developing this game right aside you and want to illustrate this starting here.

This will be an annual event and the first election will be in 2017. It will be an voting-based election and allow for 10 community members to become elected and have a seat at the Galactic Council. This will coincide with the other 10 seats primarily made up of Developers known as the "Order of Ion" and will be the acting arm for the word of the Galactic Council.
( HOW TO REGISTER )
To become eligible for a Galactic Council seat you must prepare a presentation (written or recorded) and submit it to [email protected] by January 1, 2017. In this presentation you must cover seven topics:
- 1. Why are you interested?
- 2. What would make you/your perspective unique?
- 3. What is(are) your current favorite game(s)?
- 4. What is(are) your favorite game(s) of all time?
- 5. What is your Age?
- 6. What is your Gender?
- 7. Do you have any past experience in serving/representation in real life or another game community (admin, moderator, etc).

As a Galactic Council member you will receive a plethora of exclusive perks, including:

- Lore/Archive Buildup (finding Data Logs as a Council Member makes them available for other players to read/discover in Library/Archive areas of future modules).
