Thank you for joining Community Corner last night. It was great to see so many turn up and hear your feedback and questions about the new changes in AltspaceVR. I want to share some of the highlights in case anyone missed the event. You can always join (most) Thursdays in VR for AltspaceVR updates live.
The broad overview:
Many of you are loving the new AltspaceVR, and we’re so happy to hear that. Thank you! You asked us “why does it seem like there are less people in AltspaceVR? Has there been a drop off in users?” --- The answer is no, there are not less people. The party is happening in 2 ways: a) there are public activities that are full b) there are private activities that are hidden. You can always see who is online through your friend panel and go visit them if someone is in a private activity. There is still 24-hour support from our AltspaceVR road team. If you are in an event and want to get help, click on the menu, then “Help” (upper-right-hand corner) then choose “Get Support in VR”. Many of you miss the Welcome Space and we hear you. Our team is working on a new and better solution for a communal space. Stay tuned!We have the best VR community, thanks for your feedback and for making AltspaceVR great!
